Clinical Supervision
Beginning in 2027, we will offer clinical supervision individually or in groups for Minnesota clinicians who hold an LGSW and are pursuing LICSW licensure. Supervision will provide a supportive, collaborative space to deepen clinical skills, explore complex cases, develop professional identity, and engage thoughtfully with the work of therapy. Our Services include

Therapy Intensives
Therapy intensives offer dedicated time and space for deeper therapeutic work through a three-hour extended session. Together, we can slow down and explore a specific concern, pattern, relationship, or experience with more time than a traditional therapy session allows. Intensives may incorporate personal exploration, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), and grounding practices, creating space to move gently between deeper processing and returning to a sense of safety and connection. This offering is designed to provide focused, collaborative care at a pace that honors your capacity and needs.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to slow down, become curious, and explore what is happening within you and around you. Drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to your needs, rather than believing there is one way to heal. Our work may include relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed, somatic, and parts-oriented approaches, alongside creative and experiential practices. Together, we can explore patterns, relationships, identity, grief, trauma, and the ways you have learned to navigate the world. Our approach is holistic and collaborative, with the belief that meaningful change can come from creating space for the whole person—not just the problem that brought you to therapy.
Family Therapy
Family therapy offers a space to slow down together, understand the patterns that shape relationships, and make room for each person’s experience. We take a holistic and creative approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to support families in understanding attachment, communication, conflict, identity, grief, trauma, and the ways family systems influence one another. Rather than focusing only on what is going wrong, we can become curious about what each person is carrying and what the family may need to feel more connected and supported. Our hope is to help families build greater understanding, flexibility, and connection while honoring the complexity of each person within the family system.
